Vandecoevering Home: One Month Progress
It’s been just over a month since we broke ground on the Vandecoevering home, and the transformation is taking shape. With trusses arriving soon, this build is moving steadily toward becoming a dream home along the Oregon Coast.
We couldn’t do it without the teamwork of our partners: Top Grade Excavation, Westwind Concrete, and Rosenburg’s Building Supply – whose expertise has been invaluable in bringing this project to life.

Construction Begins on Vandecoevering Home
Construction on the Vandecoevering home began on August 4, 2025. We’re honored to be working once again for such a wonderful family, creating a home that matches the beauty of its incredible riverfront setting.
Bay City Exterior Transformation!
The Olsen home just received a full exterior upgrade, and the results speak for themselves:

We’re excited to share that 802 Vine Maple Lane has officially sold! This beautiful coastal home went under contract within just a few weeks of being partially listed, and we’re thrilled to announce that a great local couple will be moving in in November!
