Camp Magruder Lodge Almost Done
Managing four major projects hitting the same phase at once is a heavy lift, but the JLT crew and our subs are rising to the challenge. At the Camp Magruder Lodge, we’ve successfully navigated a change in plans and are officially closing in on the siding phase.
The team is currently knocking out the closed soffits so we can wrap up the exterior trim. Roofing is almost complete, big thanks to Angels Roofing & big thanks to the crew for the extra hustle!

Major progress at the Stillwell project this week. We’re officially weather-tight and moving on to the next phase.

We’ve got fresh sidewalks and a productive site on the Stillwell Project last week. It’s all about timing on the coast. We’re taking advantage of these sunny days to get the subs in before it rains again.

Vandecoevering Home: One Month Progress
It’s been just over a month since we broke ground on the Vandecoevering home, and the transformation is taking shape. With trusses arriving soon, this build is moving steadily toward becoming a dream home along the Oregon Coast.
We couldn’t do it without the teamwork of our partners: Top Grade Excavation, Westwind Concrete, and Rosenburg’s Building Supply – whose expertise has been invaluable in bringing this project to life.
