Camp Magruder Lodge Almost Done
Managing four major projects hitting the same phase at once is a heavy lift, but the JLT crew and our subs are rising to the challenge. At the Camp Magruder Lodge, we’ve successfully navigated a change in plans and are officially closing in on the siding phase.
The team is currently knocking out the closed soffits so we can wrap up the exterior trim. Roofing is almost complete, big thanks to Angels Roofing & big thanks to the crew for the extra hustle!

Major progress at the Stillwell project this week. We’re officially weather-tight and moving on to the next phase.
Stillwell Project Update: New Sidewalks
We’ve got fresh sidewalks and a productive site on the Stillwell Project last week. It’s all about timing on the coast. We’re taking advantage of these sunny days to get the subs in before it rains again.
Next up: window installation starts today.

The tables are here and setup in the dining room, this place is really starting to look like a Restaurant!

Rosenberg Builders Supply brought out the big crane to help unload the materials for the Garibaldi restaurant remodel. I’m just glad I didn’t have to lift the materials by hand.
Practical, interesting doors make a statement!
As Allen demonstrates, these barn doors are quite practical when you don’t want a door swinging into the path of traffic. They make a strong, interesting statement at the top of the entry stairs too!

This home remodel is taking on so much personality! JLT Construction has taken this entry from tired to hip and lively with the use of unconventional materials.
On to the interior finishes!
JLT Construction is moving right along on the interior finishes now! The entryway is being painted here with a nice warm neutral color that will make the views from the windows the focal point.
