There’s nothing quite like the appearance of freshly seeded grass as is starts to poke through the ground to create a lively landscape that will be enjoyed for years to come. This spec home is very close to completion.

Window Preparation
We are just about ready for the siding but first have to finish the preparation for the windows. When building on the Oregon Coast, the coastal climate must be taken into account for any construction project.
