The front porch and deck are coming along nicely here in Rockaway. We’ll soon get a set of stairs built but for now the ramp is our way in and out of the house.

It takes a lot of plywood to sheath a house and we want to keep our materials close at hand. JLT works hard to make sure work is done right and on a timely schedule.

You need a team to lift the rafters into place and we’ve got a great group of guys to do all that heavy lifting.

We’ve moved past the foundation here in Rockaway and it feels good to be doing some framing. The sheathing is going on and really starting to bring the design to life.

The foundation is complete on this house in Rockaway Beach. The next step is to get all the plumbing prepared. We are excited to announce the completion of this custom home in Nedonna Beach. Every house we build must meet our high JLT standards and are built to stand the test of time. This project has been a lot of fun, especially given it’s proximity to the beach.

Look at all these outlets! There’s nothing worse than needing to plug in an appliance or accessory and finding that all the outlets are full. We want to make sure that doesn’t happen to you and offer plenty of electrical connection points. For a healthy dose of daylight, we also made sure to install an easily operable awning window. This means you can get a little breeze and sunshine while completing your inside tasks.
